600m. The third section of The Crab Crawl across the Post Face. Start up the easier left hand side of Last Post and then climb diagonally up and right to a ledge that leads into South Post below the second ice pitch. Go up and right steeply to another wide horizontal ledge that leads into Centre Post below main ice pitch. Start up the grade III indirect and continue diagonally to a narrow ledge that leads across North Post below the upper ice pitch, this can be difficult with a lot of ice present. Continue along an easier shelf which rises gradually to the snow bowl above the pipes.
