Rockfax Description
A direct and logical line, crossing the easier routes that follow the major right-trending lines on the crag, aiming for the attractive groove high on the left. A detailed description is lacking though the line is clear enough.
Follow the first pitch of Rom and Cola. Then continue up past the stance to belay on the big ledge of Famous Grouse - N5 to here. Climb across to cracks in the left wall and climb these to pass the arete and gain the upper slab and a belay at the base of the groove (N7/A1). Follow the groove for two pitches (N6+, then N6) then the arete and face (three pitches N5, N5, N4+) to join Famous Grouse. Finish up this (N6+), or escape left up loose ground to reach Descent 2. © Rockfax
