Up to E6 in the 2015 guide. Bridge up the chimney to a good tufa and the first thread. Pull out left to two threads close to each other and jugs in an awkward niche. Clip a fourth thread, pull out left and make a hard move up to fifth thread. Once standing on the fourth thread, slightly easier climbing with a bit of a run out if you don't place any gear (cracks and slots available) leads to a new lower off next to an old one.

Quality route, possibly the best climbing on the Remnant! Felt semi clip-up with all the threads, then there's plenty of gear at the top if you look for it.

Not far away on the first go,but a poor, jaded second performance. Steep and pumpy on good holds to hard crux moves to less steep ground. Resting on the rope caused the first Friend to pop, nearly removing Eric's manhood and putting him on the floor!!

Laughable onsight attempt! Second attempt fell off the last move of the crux. Too knackered after that.

Phew! Fourth session. Led first headpoint try. Excellent. Very glad this has not been bolted.

Third session. Top roped clean in one so time to get on the lead.

First session. Did the harder climbing in two overlapping sections. Also did the top but need to refine it. We replaced the first, third and fourth threads. The second thread is next to the third thread anyway. The fifth thread is not easy to replace and seems reasonably sound. It has a shiny new lower off next to the old one - many thanks to whoever installed it. Excellent route. F7b+ climbing. EDIT 23 August. Managed to back up the fifth thread with some cord in the same place.

Lost the o/s back in 2012, first time back on since. It's bloody good! However knackered that first thread looks, it's a lot less sketchy now than when it wasn't there at all...

great route, shame about my lack of oomph today.

Great route. 1st RP. Hard to spot holds on the crux.

Lovely jubbly. Pretty much a clip up through the shoelaces. A bit of a run out to the top but there is some gear if you look.

Ellis Butler-Barker 14/Sep/14 Lead O/S

Cool route, good warm up. Scary run out from last thread to the top if you don't place gear!

James Marshall 30/Jul/14 Lead RP

Replaced 2 threads, climbed as a clip-up with a few other bits of gear. Very, very good route, would be a chalked pathway if bolted !
