UKC

One abseil (in situ tat) and a short scramble down the SE Face gets you to the Col de la Buche (between l'M and Petits Carmoz). From here, follow the west side of the couloir down (loose) until the ladders are reached which get you onto the Nantillions Glacier. (In 2009 these ladders didn't reach the glacier and instead a short tricky downclimb or abseil off the bottom rung was required.)

βeta: Normal descent from routes on L'M. Despite what Cham Rockfax says, take axes and crampons, as can be dangerous late in the day. Lots of wet snow and falling rocks.
