Start about 4 m R of Secret Steps . Move up with difficulty (crux) into a shallow R-facing groove. Follow this line up the black streak past a break to a flake then move up and R to the foot of the big hanging R-facing groove. Follow this straightforwardly until a harder move gains the last big foothold. From here make a couple of wild but not too difficult moves L across the steep wall onto a ledge on the arete (it helps to keep the rope off the sharp arete if, after clipping the bolt on the underside of the arete, you reach back and unclip the previous bolt). One more move up the L side of the arete leads to the lower-off.
