Follow the track up to the main Cliff then take the left hand path up to the very last boulder on the right hand side. It's about 200 yards from the end of the main Cliff opposite an electric fence and a farmers sign asking people to keep dogs on leads because of sheep.
Start at the back of the small cave then make a big move right onto the face to top out.
