Na istok is actually labelled as Sector F in the 2016 Croatia guide book. There is a buttress to the left of the climbs featured in the guide book which is newly bolted. There are approximately 6 climbs there ranging from 5c to 6c. Big Toni is the second climb to the left of this buttress. There is a beautifully decorated stone which has the routes and grades labelled on it, and the name of each route is clearly marked at the beginning of each route.
