Ascend the North Pitt glacier to reach the North East slopes of Mt Garibaldi. A snow slope leads to a short ridge to the summit. In summer the bergschrund may present a significant obstacle but in early season usually presents no difficulties.

βeta: Snow bridge to the right of the bergshrund was still passable, but barely. Would recommend traversing left under the bergshrund and finding a route up the 45 degree slope, then following the ridge back to the summit block

βeta: The grade for this climb is given as AD- in Alpine Select, and the East Face as PD+. However it's well known that the East Face is significantly harder (being much steeper choss and rime...), and it's likely the PD+ grade is intended for the Northeast Face.
