Sit start the short crumbly nose, not straying too far to the right or left of the arete.
Follow the track up to the main Cliff then take the left hand path up to the last bit of crag on the right hand side before the last block. It's about 200 yards from the end of the main Cliff opposite an electric fence and a farmers sign asking people to keep dogs on leads because of sheep.
