Shares some of the first pitch with Fear of the Dark and the winter route Fear of the Cold and Dark.
1. 45m As for fear of the dark to the Second/Upper Girdle ledge. Once on the ledge It is then best to move right to a huge standing pillar, move around it to belay at a peg below a right facing corner.
2. 40m Climb the corner for 6m moving right into a V groove, through the small overhang and into the right facing open book corner. Continue directly up (crux) to huge belay ledge.
3. 40m Follow the chimney line directly above the the belay ledge to easier ground and trend left to finish up the gully of Shang-High.
