Nice long slab pitch. Start up short, deep crack, at top of this step left to pass bulge, then traverse back right for 6' to get through second bulge. Continue up shallow crack above, and then in similar line bearing left and up to bolted belay.

PhilIpGBailey 26 Mar Lead O/S Agree with previous comments gear over low bulges needs searching for. But there is an oval pocket that will take a nut, turn nut to key/lock and works quite well to protect the bulges. It needs searching for. Good climbing. Picking the wrong line on the upper slabs can significantly increase difficulties. Don't go too far left on upper wall. All in all a little cracker. VS 4c in UK money by my estimation but long pitch.

Mark_RMC 5 Apr, 2010 Lead A long slabby route up the centre of teh right watchtower face. Surprisingly run out for the grade, with a spooky section 10-15m up where a fall would land on the ground! The moves are doable but you have to keep a calm head. Some gear from this point to the the top, with some fair run outs. The moves are nice, but this is predominantly a head climb.
