12m. The inland of the two islands is only actually an island at the highest of tides and large swells, therefore it is easily accessible.
From the coast path take the path down to the Cove using the rope and then the larger pirates rope. Boulder hop to the ‘island’ and walk up it’s ridge. There are anchors to be found with a bit of imagination. Abseil in from them if the tide is high.
The wall that faces the sea and the seaward island at the northern end. It’s arête hangs out over the channel. From the non-tidal ledges traverse out to the arête and take it up using the solid mineral vein and slopers above. Exhilarating Space walking stuff.
Plenty of grass to walk up above.
