Pheasant shooting season is on from the 1st october - 1st Febuary.The hill on the approach from the road and the surrounding area/fields are currently being used for Pheasant shooting and the land owner has asked climbers to avoid using the venue until the pheasant shooting season is over.
Right arete.
Start with right hand on loose flake (!), left on slopey dish. Make moves on small crimps, followed by a slap out right to a large rail (fight the dab). Work along the slopers at lip, reaching a decent hold on the left hand side of the lip.
There's some decent holds up and right of the rail, but the slopers provide more satisfying climbing.
