UKC Logbook Description
Straight through the main roof right of Quietus, and left of Quietus Right-hand. Place the starting runners as per Quietus Right-hand. Start under the roof and launch out on the excellent and obvious horizontal slots to a vertical pod (good cam) beneath the main break (good cams). Move right to finish as Quietus Right-hand. ACG Roofing was the company belonging to a friend, Adrian Cooper (Martin Cooper's brother). Adrian was a good friend and a climber. He once fell from Flying Buttress Direct (solo) on the way home to Sheffield from a party in Hathersage, he woke up some days later in Intensive Care minus his spleen and no recollection of what happened or how he got there. He lived for many years after this event, but sadly died of cancer. His wife, Wendy, suggested the route name after I told her I'd like to dedicate the route to his memory. The route is at least as good & as memorable as Quietus Right-hand.
