Start sitting at the cave entrance, traverse left and finish outside at left arete - simple.
Sit start, climb Hardcore Superstar drop into the Cable Guy and climb that to a good rest high in the corner of Craig's Wall. Gain the small flake at top left of craigs wall and use this to downclimb the groove and then traverse left to get to easy ground outside the cave. 50 moves to get outside, could be harder but the rests are very good.
