Rockfax Description
A tough proposition. Start just right of the slate wall.
1) 6b 28m. Head up the left edge of the front face via a crack-line and slopey holds to a large jug at 8m. Move left and go up to a bolt. The next two bolts are passed with great difficulty before you can trend left to reach a wire on the arete. Move back right and head up to another bolt, before a big move up and left to reach a hold on the arete. Continue on to the ledge and two-bolt belay (optional). Move back right onto the front face and make a long move to the ledge above - belay here.
2) 6b, 16m. Lean out right and make a few precarious moves to gain the crack on the front face. Climb this to the top. © Rockfax

Alex Mason 20 Oct, 2010 Lead O/S P1 only. Had no guidebook. Started at the bottom of major headstress then swang left at 5 or 6m to gain a series of ledges, then to the bolts. Had a really intricate sequence for the crux (by 2nd bolt), after thinking i couldnt reach, involving a small undercut (beneath bolt), high feet and a crimp out right. awesome to O/S this.
