A very pleasant route in a scenic location, best done when the river is at a raging torrent and you can't hear your partner. Allowing for this, and in line with tradition, the pitch lengths have been kept short. Start on the left side of a large coffin-shaped block, propped up against the base of a steep groove, 9m above the path.
1 14m. Climb onto the top of the block, step out right into a smaller groove, and go up this to a ledge beneath the right angled corner.
2 8m. Get onto the right wall and climb the crack that splits it. Tree belays on a long terrace.
3 11m. Climb the weakness near the left edge of the wall to reach a ledge and tree belay below a wall.
4 11m. Walk right for 5m to the foot of the right-hand of the grooves in the big recess; climb it directly

VARIATION: 4a Climb the wall, starting just right of the slight nose.

βeta: If you are taking a bag it may well be worth packing some secateurs. This is a great route which doesnt get the traffic it deserves. It is mostly clear just needs some gorse chopping at certain points but nothing that would hinder you.
