βeta: As of 20th September 2019 the crack is incredibly greasy with lichen. Just be careful with Cams as they cannot be relied on until the route is cleaned. Will repost if I get time and a weather window to clean the route.

wobrotson 18 Nov, 2018 Lead dog extremely windy but beautiful day in the mournes. Not a difficult climb but very nice movement on great mournes granite with absolutely bomber gear all the way and even in situ abseil gear at the top (thanks to whoever installed this as the descent in the gully is pretty slippery and sketch!) One fall just past the crux when a very aggressive and unexpected gust of wind blew me off as I was moving my feet. Haven't been climbing enough routes, feet quite tired hence fall. Classic mournes single pitch.

Billy Beck 25 Mar, 2018 Lead β Grim. Whole crack was wet and top was soaked moss. Great banter though! Micheál had done the first section and passed the crux, but got to a really moist bit and lost psych, so came down and I gave it a bash. Got to just below the heather where Micheál said the belay was. This is not where you make any sort of anchor. Carried on up to the left, crapping myself on moss soaked rock like a slug on greased ice, managed not to fall though which is nice. Micheál didn't even want to second it because of how messy it was, so he just abbed down to get the gear. Not sure what you would call that type of ascent. Overall a decent wee adventure with a good lad, ending a good day with a decent story.

jamesbrown 22 May, 2010 Lead dog the hardest route i have ever been on! follows obvious diagonal crack. jams and gear in crack, but dont get to sucked into it as i did! crux is low (first 15m!!). took 3 rests on gear, will be giving it another go in the future.
