masa-alpin 31 Mar, 2013 Lead dog Lots of snow coverage, while ice and verglas were limited. I didn't work out where to traverse at the end of P1, so just made a belay and climbed up directly above in P2, taking the left-hand side right-facing overhanging corner with a good obvious crack. While I was giving a tug on a nut in P2 at one stage, my other axe popped and I hung with my hand on the bunch of nuts still connected to the nut that has been just placed, hence technically dogged. P1 in itself was V 6, and P2 was VI 7, I felt.

Mr. K 31 Mar, 2013 2nd dog Our guidebook gave this route IV! Masa told me that the second pitch felt VI, 7 - it certainly looked that way as I prussiked past it!
