Big obvious crag seen from the road at Loch Droma Dam carpark. Crag conditions very variable depending on freeze thaw and how much snow had been dumped before hand. Left end routes appear to come in more readily than expected. If conditions here don't look promising head up to Resurrection and other routes on Sgurr Mor another 30 mins away.
Also there are two sections of crag in the north-east facing corrie between Sgurr Mor and Carn na Criche. They regularly form ice. They are maked on the 1:25000 map as Eag nam Fear-bogha and the corrie beneath is marked Coire Leacan Dubha. Isolation Crag: A long low crag lies up and left of Creag a‟ Mhadhaidh at NH 202 724. In prolonged cold conditions this can form considerable amounts of ice. (From SMC new routes section 2010)
If landrover track is not snow covered it is possible to cycle up to the track end saving over 1hr round trip in walking. Follow track to turning bay and walk up to corrie at right hand end of face for best access to main routes. Allow just over 2hrs 15 mins if cycling in and another 20 mins if walking.
