Mountain Lion is popular not so much due to the greatness of the climbs, but the abundance of easy grade climbs coupled with an easy and short apporach walk.
Routes are described right to left to mirror the description in the excellent Grampians Selected Climbs guidebook.
Follow the Glenelg River Road 2km east of Harrop track to a small parking bay with a clear signpost pointing uphill to Mountain Lion. The walking tack is easily followed through bush passing a small outcrop to arrive at the southern end of the crag. Trend left to follow the trail along the base of the crag.
