Rocktype Quartzite
Altitude 1140m a.s.l

This 6m high boulder was transported by a glacier from the Jasper area and dropped as the glacier melted 10,000 years ago. It is the biggest of 4 boulders from the same geological event in the Calgary area. There are problems for everyone all the way up to V11. Bring a bouldering mat and a spotter since some of the problems are pretty high, and there is some broken glass on the ground. Be aware that there are native drawings on the rock, don't touch them, or climb over them (although they are quite difficult to see).
The rock is 1 hour south of Calgary on HWY 7, 10 kilometres southwest of Okotoks.
