In the trees and east facing so a good place to escape the heat. The sectors are numbered R to L!
On sector 4 some of the routes have intermediate lower-offs to avoid the crux.
Approach notes
From Villard de Lans take the small road up to the hamlet of Les Clots. Large parking area on the left as you arrive.
Take the track leading up into the woods, keeping left at a fork, over the wooded col to descend into the Ballon de la Fauge. The track goes round a sharp bend and heads South.
A path leads up right to the crag.
