Altitude 1651m a.s.l
This crag is directly behind the hotel and to the left. The walk takes 1-2 minutes depending on which room you're staying in. If not a guest then the two guys working at the hotel climb regularly (Abdul & Yousef) and are very approachable. It's worth stopping for some mint tea and having a chat as they may be able to point out any recent developments in the area. Beware the dog barks at all vehicles but is very soft.
It's also polite to say hello and ask permission for parking which means turning off the road and crossing the river (if dry) and snaking back up the road on the other bank (easy enough. Otherwise the crag plus 'Eldiamant' further down the valley can be accessed on foot from the riverbed.
