Crag features
Limestone crag within a holiday villa resort (found it only as we were staying just up the road!). The crag is a long high one which predominantly faces north with a smaller face with a westerly aspect at its southern end. The main summit has a viewing platform and radios masts on it. The rock itself is loose and crumbly in places with sparse gear placements. Non-bolted, it's nowhere near the quality of some of the established climbing areas on the Costa Blanca. Scope for multi-pitch routes on the northern face and single pitch on the westerly one. Westerly one is overhung by loose looking blocks.
Approach notes
From Gata de Gorgos, head north on the N332 and then turn left on to the CV-732 and follow it until you see signs for the holiday villa resort and the Monroe's Carvery. Follow the road up the hill taking the Ave. del Garrofer and then the Calle del Romer. Instead of turning left onto the Calle de Miramar, go straight on for 5m and then turn right. The westerly face is directly in front of you with space for about 5 cars. Drop down to the left to find the northerly face which is much bigger.
