Crag features
Crag (with cross on summit) opposite the archaeological ruins of Chavin. Supposed to be bolted. Unlikely to find anyone climbing on it but probably worth a visit if you are visiting the ruins. For somewhere to stay, about 20km north, Gilberto (from Switzerland) is very friendly and is developing a campsite (Camping Tambo). His website is www.casabronce.ch and he can lend you topos for another crag near San Marcos.
