Bonsnos in summer, the big easily seen gully being the winter route Glemt truger. © Jamie Skelton
A big double tiered crag with a large central gully the splits the whole crag in two. So far this is the only route to have had a known winter ascent. Other mixed/winter lines may be possiable in the right conditions.
There is a small carpark on the left-hand side of the road 6km outside the small villiage of Tuddal. From the carpark you can see the summit of Bonsnos, there are a few different routes to the bottom of the crag depending on your mode of transport. Map usful for picking the best line to and from the crag.
Crag is best accessed by snowshoes or skis.
