Climbs 2
Rocktype UNKNOWN
Altitude 81m a.s.l
Faces N
An old quarry wall, crumbly and/or obscured by vegetation in places. Approximately 8m max. Plenty of trees for top-rope anchors.
Coming from the direction of Long Hanborough on Swan Lane, look for a private drive to an old warehouse on the left (if you cross a bridge you've gone to far). The footpath into Mill Wood starts to the right of the drive. Follow this path until you come to a small stream crossing. Instead of taking any of the established footpaths, follow the desire lines which veer off to the left. Apromixately 100m in, you will stumble across the first crag. If you keep going you will find a second crag which is slightly more accessible.
Parking: Whilst the warehouse by the trail-head does not seem to be in use, there are signs asking people not to park on the drive. Instead, if you continue along Swan Lane (keeping the drive on your left) there is a layby straight ahead, just before the bridge over the river.
