Olivia's First Climb Outdoors at 3 Years Old on "Living On A Knifes Edge" Well Pleased at How High She Got! © bazthomas

Crag features

Much used by outdoor groups for the Mod - Diff south-facing routes. Some promising bouldering.

Now in the new South Devon CC guide

As you approach from the carpark you will find a picnic type area and some generally good bouldering. The listed routes are found to the right of the boulder area down a small boldery gully. Care should be taken as the ground is considerably broken and twisted ankles could be a possibility.

Approach notes

The access footpath commences with a small carpark, capable of holding a maximum of 4 vehicles. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Guidebooks

Very easy routes. Good for beginners or practice setting up belays. Not sure they're 25m routes though?

Interesting boulder round the back. As far as I know no-ones ever done it yet. Good little project, even if a bit out of the way.
