There is a scattering of small tors along the top of the mountain, too short for routes but offering some of the best bouldering in the area.
The quarry on the approach from Bloody Bridge has a short steep sport route at 6b+ and forms a number of short icefalls in winter.
Approach via Bloody Bridge. The tors are easily seen from the Bog of Donard.
