Crag features
Long, gently overhanging routes with edges, pockets and tufas. Most of the routes have been equipped by expats Dave and Rhian Cross. It is a lovely place to climb in winter.
Approach notes
Upon entering the village of Araya, turn right at the bar onto a dirt track. Follow this for about 2km, passing a small green house on the right. Park 200m further on at a junction with a footpath. Take the track on the left but turn right uphill immediately onto a small footpath. Follow this for 10 mins onto the ridge. Turn left at 2 cairns and follow this path to the crag. Total time 25 mins.
