One of the very best crags in the North West, with a seemingly endless selection of steep, dramatic mid-grade routes stretching up the valley to a pleasant open bowl at it's top.
Good jamming but good jugs as well!
Very near to A835.
Guidebook parking spot now roped off and signed fishery employees only. Nearest legit parking is by the campsite.
Very near to A835.
There's a good update about new routes here http://northwestoutdoorsullapool.blogspot.co.uk/2014/11/ardmair-update.html Ean T - 09/May/15 |

Badass mofo of a crag. Excellent rock, excellent climbing with generally good gear and good holds. The setting on the upper area is nice too, although there is often seepage around Burning Desire and adjacent routes. The routes I've done are fair at / low in the grade. Fiend - 12/May/10 |
