The prominent peak on the west side of Kals am Grossglockner has a worthwhile ridge climb and a Via Ferrata. The rock does not readily accept trad gear and has been equipped with pigs tails for protection.
In summer the more convenient northerly chairlift only runs on Wednesdays - 30 minutes from the lift station to the base of the routes.
The southerly bubble-lift runs daily from 9.00am to 4.30pm with a break at lunchtime - 2 hours from the top lift station to the base of the routes.
