A number of large caves with some excellent steep and hard routes can be found here in this rural setting.
Approach notes
From the IC2/N1, exit towards Casmilo, taking it to the right if coming from the south or left if arriving from the north. Follow the road driving past Arrifana and Furadouro before getting to Casmilo. Turn right towards the football pitch after passing the pillory (stone column) and then take the gravel road pointed at the sign Buracas do Casmilo.
