Côtes Blanches © Chris Craggs
The bigger (and better) of two small cliffs with easy access and a half-decent array of routes above the impressive building of the Fort Victor-Emmanual. There is roadside parking close to the cliff.
Quick drying and of easy access - beware of loose rock. The Cotes Blanches faces west and gets afternoon sun and offers some shade from trees at the base.
The crag is just above the road that runs up towards Aussois from Fort Victor-Emmanual - that's the big one on the edge of the gorge. Park by the first left-hand bend, just 150m uphill from the parking for the Fort. The Cotes Blanches is right above the road, reached by a short track on the left.
