A huge face of clean granite with some spectacular single and multipitch routes. All 1 hour from downtown Beijing.
The wall is obvious, rising about the village at the bottom of the Houhaiyuan scenic area. On the other side of the road from the main car park is a dusty field. Emerging from the back of this is a refuse-strewn gulley that heads up towards the crag. Red ribbons mark the trail. 20 minutes of hard walking lead to the right hand side of the wall.
