Crag features
Approx 30 miles west of Thurso.
The climb starts out on the site of an ancient fort and is basically a sea level traverse. You effectively walk out over the sea arch then scramble down to the left (Facing north)and begin the climb at near sea level. There are about 6 pitches in all, none more than 3m asl. The first pitch is the hardest. The second pitch traverses through the sea arch and is tidal. There are several small geos that need to be negotiated and the climb finishes out on a headland. Getting back to the start can be tricky but is ok with care. This will take a couple of hours if pitched but is easily soloable if you don't mind cold water. This is a spectacular climb in an awesome part of the country. [Bobt 9/05]

One assumes this is tidal, but without further info... [UKC Editor]. There are no known access issues and stiles have been placed on the fences. The difficulty is finding the start, as you must drive up some narrow dirt lanes and single track roads, although there is a car park of sorts at the end of the road.
