The boulders placed as part of the public realm redevelopment at the top of the moor, They are quarried sandstone and just need to be climbed... well what do you expect when you put rocks in the middle of the main climbing city in the U.K.
Watch out for the city centre ambassadors but you really aren't breaking any rules.
