Bouldering at Kit Hill Quarry © Kafoozalem
Very overgrown but worth a visit. With a carpet bombing of Agent Orange, and lots of cleaning, could be a Cornwall-style Froggatt, with routes up to 50ft including some excellent slabs. Presently these are hidden in the overgrowth. You're advised to take a brush. Good routes (clean): Purple Haze (E2 5b), Kit Hill Killer (E2 6a) and Whole Lotta Shakin' (E3 6a). Also clean slabby bouldering up to about English 6a. Plenty of lower grade climbs for the beginner too.
Walk down the track to the quarry itself (8 mins).

Climbed Return of the king with a rope for pro and generally agree with the proposed grade of V0+/4+ which equates roughly with English tech. 5a which is what it felt like. Rob - 10/Jul/17 |

Climbed The Green Physic today - a worthwhile addition to the crag and the proposed grade seems about right. Rob - 23/May/15 |
