Rocktype Gritstone
Altitude 182m a.s.l
Faces NE
This crag improves with height, and possibly will only come in to condition after a drought...
Overlapping layers of grit create a couple of over hangs to navigate through - beware the choss!
From Mossley, walk along the bottom path of Luzley until there is a little plateau on your left. Drop in to the trees here and look down. you should see a jutting out fin of rock, which marks the top of the route. Find a suitable ab point, and look out for the obvious square cut buttress.
Sat about 40/50m above an active trainline. Whilst the crag can't be seen from the train line, care should be taken to avoid being conspicous.
