Crag features
The triangular North Face of this peak used to have a famous year round ice route on it. Unfortunately ascents are now restricted to the winter and spring. The traverse and the normal route are highly recommended all year round.
Approach notes
The Dix hut on the north side of the mountain can be reached over the Pas de Chevre from Arolla and gives access to the normal route, the north face and the traverse.
