Altitude 1291m a.s.l
Most of the routes have little wooden name plaques at the base and you can work out the rest from the named ones. Most routes are <30m except a few at 35m.
Route list here.
There may also be a printout of this at the crag wedged into a small crack at the base of the crag although there's no guarantee it'll be there when you arrive!
Approach this by heading up to the 'Vita Parkour' which starts next to the playground on the edge of the wood. Follow the 'Vita Parkour' up a track through the forest then turn right off it just after the pull up bars. The crag is just about visible around 50m from the Parkour track.
