Rocha da Pena is a beautiful climbing area and provides a steep limestone crag of around 2km in length.
Approach notes
Follow the N124 through Alte, and upon reaching Benafim, head towards Rocha da Pena. Pass through Penina and take a left onto a dirt track all the way to the fountain/Bar das Grutas.
Access Advice
During the nesting bird season (January - July) be aware of possible signs for restrictions on routes.
