Tidal bouldering venue with a few good problems.
Approach notes
Park at the end of Rousse Headland and walk out across the causeway and west (left) to the obvious biggest bit of reef. The causeway floods around half tide, but the Knife rock doesn't cover, so if you get cut off you'll have to wait until the tide drops again - due to strong currents swimming or wading back is foolhardy.
