A good south-facing winter venue between the showers! © highlanderwolf
A narrow ridge, making an interesting scramble in its own right. A little longer than it appears. Graded about HD if taken direct, but with most difficulties avoidable on the north side.
At the west end is Küçük Sütun "The Little Tower", home to a fine severe and with opportunities for other easy routes. Next is the Square block of Büyük Sütun "The Great Tower". This is the original sport sector of the crag. The rest is a twisting wall with many interesting features, loose in places but with much potential and an increasing number of well-bolted sport lines.
Before the crag (if approaching from the south) is a flat parking area. Directly across the road is a parking spot for a single vehicle - care to avoid obstruction.
The cliff is reached by a steep 5 min pull towards The Little Tower.
South-facing, so a nice winter crag. Denislejeune - 19/May/18 |
