Irreversible, Font 8B, by Alex Puccio

Although still not fully recovered from the serious knee injury she sustained at the Vail World Cup in June, Alex Puccio has repeated Daniel Woods' Irreversible, Font 8B, in the Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado.

The knee is not yet stable enough to fall on, so Alex needs to only climb problems where she is confident she won't. That's why she will have to keep to easier problems for a now. Easier than 8B+ at least...

Alex on fb: I managed to climb "Irreversible" 8B/ V13 in RMNP! 😄 I believe this was the 3rd ascent and Daniel put it up last year. He said V13 or V14 and Dave climbed it and said V14. I think we all probably climbed it a bit different and for me I think it's V13.

I got into the easy top out one try and felt too pumped and cold so down climbed so that Joel could grab me since I still can't fall. I was very upset, but was still able to send it a little later in the day. This was my second day working it.

I wonder what will happen when she can start pushing seriously again... She has already done two ~8B+'s, Wheel of chaos and Jade, and I would be surprised if she stops there.
