Alex Puccio has repeated Carlo Traversi's Penrose step, Font 8B+, at Leavenworth, Washington. Alex was very close last autumn, falling off the top, but now she got her revenge.

From her Instagram: YES!!! I got revenge on "Penrose Step" V14/ 8B+ yesterday!!! 😆🙌 I fell off the very end a year ago and yesterday I got to stand on top of this AMAZING line! I tried it 2 days, maybe 3, last year and it went down quickly on my second day this trip.

Penrose step was put up by Carlo Traversi in 2013 and has previously been repeated by Anna Stöhr.

For Alex this was the fourth of the grade after Jade, Wheel of Chaos and New Base Line.
