Tim Clifford repeats the Buttermilker

Tim Clifford from Leeds has just repeated the Buttermilker at Bishop. This desperate problem was recently repeated by another Brit, James Pearson. The problem was graded V13 by first ascentionist Chris Sharma.

'bout bloody time. Now the question is will he complete the project on the Grandma Peabody that he started several years ago (he completed part of it called Thunderbird V11) Matt Birch tried this project last year until he was blue in the face....Matt did the first ascent of The Swarm V14 at the Secrets Of The Beehive Area in the Buttermilk Country at the same time (that Ben Moon nearly repeated). This Clifford project may be quite hard. M

I heard that a bit of a hold broke on it too when James was working it. Bloody impressive stuff.

Correct. It's part of his marketing strategy. He knows that anything he does people think it's the hardest in the world. So no need for a grade. Not me. I rated Mandala.
