8a.nu reports a purple streak for Brit Ian Vickers who has been out in Spain recently.

A few weeks ago, he onsighted an 8b called Demoracia at Les Bruixes. This was his hardest onsight during the trip, but he also onsighted one 8a+ (Tirabolts) and six 8a's. On top of that he flashed an 8a and redpointed an 8b.

Will Ian be putting his undisputed talent back into British trad climbing this year? We hope so...
