Josune Bereziartu repeats a 9a+

Josune Bereziartu has climbed the route Bimbaluna at St. Loup in Switzerland. The route was first climbed by Francois Nicole and given a grade of 9a+. Josune's ascent obviously makes this the hardest route ever climbed by a woman by some distance.

Slightly pedantic I know, but I doubt if either of them sees it as Josune "outdoing" Steve. Hopefully that's not what motivates them.

Didn't Lynn Hill do 9a like ages ago? I don't think that is such an achievement any more and as Lynn points out in her autobiography, women often have an advantage on super hard routes cause their small fingers can hold onto small holds more easily.

As far as I know LH has done 8b+ (Masse Critique?).
